Terms and Conditions

1. We are not your data controller. We do not own your data or interact with your data in any way. You are responsible for gathering consent for your data.
2. We are the data controller and processor for the data you supply us on this website. This only includes your account details that are supplied at signup.
3. We use third party solutions for some of our functionality. For example, Stripe for payments, AWS for media hosting, etc. Any issues with those systems are out of our control.
4. Should you ever wish to leave, full source code for your project will be provided on request as long as all bills are up to date.
5. We loosely monitor your system to ensure uptime and performance. We guarantee reasonable (99%) uptime during working hours (0800 - 1600 UTC).
6. If bills are unpaid or we have cause to want to stop working with you, your service will be terminated. In the event of non-payment, data and code will be destroyed.
7. We endeavour to develop the product exactly as the contract specifies but obviously there will always be things out of scope that are important that was missed. We will try to bundle these in to the existing contract if time allows. If not, it can be done as a separate contract or at an hourly rate (£25 per hour billable in 20 minute increments).

Privacy Policy

We do not run any analytics or social media systems on this site.

We use cookies to keep you logged in to your account. We don't use cookies for any other purpose. Under WP 29 Opinion 04/2012 on Cookie Consent Exemption - 00879/12/EN WP 194, the only consent to store cookies we require is if you tick the "Keep me logged in" checkbox at login.

We have no interest in selling on your data. It's too much work. We do not store any of your data. Any enquiries are sent via email and not stored in any CRM. If you create an account, we only store what you provide us and it is encrypted.
